The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown Redwood City, making it easy to find. The rooms, despite being upstairs by the stairs, offer a nice corner view of the pool and surprisingly remain quiet even though close to the entryway. The service was very friendly and accommodating, with immediate corrections made for any issues in the room. The dining options were limited and the food was considered the bare minimum, but the facilities were decent. Overall, the stay was pleasant and value for money.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The cleanliness and abundance of pillows in the room were great, but the broken air conditioner was a letdown. Location-wise, it was convenient for my needs but not in the best area. The service left much to be desired with slow and unhelpful staff, despite the available pet amenities. The dining options were limited and the facility seemed subpar. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
